The Observatory is primarily a private production location. We host a small number of gatherings each year for brands, founders, creative teams, and fundraising or donor moments whose day calls for more than a hotel ballroom. Built for groups of 15 to 50, with half-day, full-day, and evening bookings. Larger formats, including SXSW, F1, and brand moments, considered by fit.
